Specialist JUMBO Boards
Specialist JUMBO Boards are recommended for use in applications where there are requirements for fire safety, accoustic performance or moisture resistance.
The 12mm and 15mm Fire Resistant JUMBO Board has a specially processed fibre re-inforced gypsum core and can be used in a fire-rated wall and in a ceiling system where fire resistance is required.
The Fire Resistant JUMBO plasterboard has also proved to have excellent accoustic properties with the FireWALL 63/120 system having achieved a sound rating of 56DB.
The JUMBO Moisture Resistant plasterboard is treated to make it resistant to water and humidity without compromising integrity. It is designed for use as a lining in wet areas of residential and commercial buildings. Popular for use in bathrooms, kitchens, patios and verandahs and in shipbuilding as well.
