PVC Ceilings

A ceiling system made of interlocking PVC panels that is quick and easy to install and has a number of great benefits when compared to traditional gypsum ceilings.

We have selected a high quality locally manufactured PVC Panel. Probably the most important factor for the qulaity is having a high PVC content. Ours is manufactured with a ratio of 25kg PVC and 17kg Filler which translates into better quality and more flexbility. Included in the formulation is Titanium which assists with UV resistance to reduce discoluration from light exposure. The panel is 8mm thick compared to most others that are 6 or 7mm thick and this also adds to the quality. The width is 300mm wide which means that the panel can be used for ceilings or wall panelling. Where the market traditionally offers a Matt and a Gloss White, we are offering one White called Crystal White which is a Matt Finish but with a slight shine achieved by the addition of candle wax in the production process.

We will be stocking a 3.9m length PVC Panel, but various lengths are available and can be made to suit the specific room size or project requirement.

As the product is locally manufactured a lead time of only 10 working days is needed for special length orders.
